When I first got the part I noticed that it was shiny chrome, not brush nickel. Then it didn't seem to fit. When I emailed the rep, she said that it had been a special order, and that it was not returnable. BUT then she went beyond the pale, contacted the manufacturer, and (because I was the original owner box the faucet, got them to ship the right part GRATIS. I HIGHLY recommend this company.
