Part failed prematurely - the service provided by Affordable Faucets was outstanding. Order was processed immediately, I was given different ship options that made it much quicker (special order part that they had shipped directly from the factory). I received several e-mail updates as the order progressed. Highly recommended vendor - I will definitely use them again.
I ordered this part and Affordable Faucets notified me right away that it was backed ordered from the manufacture. They asked if I want to keep the order or not. Which I was really happy with the choice and glad they proactively asked me. Then the part came in a week later, so either they found one for me or the manufacture just released them. I was expecting 40 days and got it in 6. Will buy from Affordable Faucets again.
