I ordered the parts I needed and was informed that they did not have them in stock but they were willing to have the OEM send them to me. The condition was that I could not return the parts. I agreed to that and I receive the parts from Koehler and they worked as expected. I appreciate that Affordable Faucets was willing to have the parts shipped from the manufacturer rather than have me wait or have to order them from someone else. Excellent customer service!!
